    Why choose organic cotton? Regular cotton is a very pesticide-intensive crop but organic fibres are grown without the use of harmful pesticides or genetically modified organisms so promote a healthier environment for wildlife, animals and people.

    Social conditions are higher in organic textile factories so this cotton production can help farmers find a way out of poverty. Organic textiles don't contain allergenic, carcinogenic or toxic chemicals and as a result are a natural, renewable and biodegradable fibre. In addition, less water is the manufacturing process.

    Armed Angels has been working in partnership with small-scale farms in India and has launched ARMEDANGELS Organic Farmers Association to help farmers convert from conventional to organic cotton.

    Ethically made in Turkey at the Mergü factory. This factory has been producing high-quality woven styles like dresses, skirts and blouses for Armed Angels for several years. With this partner, they launched the Living Wage Project in 2020 to ensure fair living wages for all workers at this factory.
